Wild Woman

Wild Woman is a visual journey of vulnerability, resilience, and spiritual guidance. Each piece—Emerge, Bound, Ascend —marks a phase of transformation, beginning with a prayer for direction that led me through the botanical gardens. Intuitively picking up a single branch and proceeding to the studio.

I channeled memory and emotion, recalling my rural childhood and how the nature was both my sanctuary and storm. The movement in flowing fabrics and hair evokes a sense of liberation, capturing the essence of a spirit caught between concealment and revelation. Wild Woman is an homage to the strength found in vulnerability and the sacred process of self-reclamation, offering an exploration of identity, intuition, and humanity’s connection to nature.
